Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a Channel Account Manager in Ireland to drive revenue through partner engagement, expansion, and retention. You will help partners deliver Huntress solutions to their customers and measure success via retention metrics.

As an individual contributor, you’ll own quota attainment, build trusted advisor relationships with partners, and collaborate with the partner ecosystem to ensure high-quality service and growth while upholding Huntress’

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
• Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
• Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
• Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates
• Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
• Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
