Job summary

Huntress is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative in Ireland to build qualified pipeline within MSP/MSSP markets. You will prospect, research accounts, and qualify meetings for Account Executives, leveraging CRM and AI tools.

A background in outbound B2B SaaS sales with at least 8 months quota-carrying experience is required. The role offers 54k base with 72k OTE plus equity, and remote work benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of quota-carrying outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience with outbound cold calling.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Comfort working across CRM and prospecting tools.
• Attention to detail in notes and process.
• Coachable mindset and interest in cybersecurity.
• Curiosity about AI and practical usage in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and trust with MSP/MSSP prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Set qualified meetings within the ICP by following best practices.
• Generate and qualify net-new accounts and work inbound opportunities to create pipeline.
• Use clear, value-driven messaging to build interest and answer questions with honesty and empathy.
• Document prospecting activity and qualification notes in CRM with good data hygiene.
• Use AI tools to support research, call prep, and message drafting.
