Xylem Water Solutions Ireland is seeking a commercially driven Rental Sales Rep to lead growth of our rental and product sales across the Island of Ireland. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering profitable rental and sales solutions that support customer operations across wastewater, bypass, dewatering, and temporary pumping applications.

The successful candidate will combine strong sales capability with technical understanding

Competenze

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of growth.
• Experience using CRM/Salesforce systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Drive rental and sales revenue growth across the Island of Ireland through proactive business development and account management.
• Identify and develop opportunities within municipal water utilities, industrial customers, contractors, Quarry/Mining and infrastructure projects.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, framework partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote the full rental / sales portfolio including pumps, bypass systems, treatment solutions, and associated services.
• Develop sales plans and territory strategies aligned to regional objectives and growth targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contracts through to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with local WSS Team to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM/Salesforce tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and company standards.
