Job summary

Redfaire, an international Oracle consulting and technology company headquartered in Limerick, invites applications for a Workforce Management Specialist. You will optimise consultant utilisation, coordinate recruitment and engagement, and provide operational insight to support growth and delivery excellence.

This full-time, permanent role may operate in a hybrid model based part-time from our Limerick city headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, resource management or project coordination.
• Experience in Professional Services, IT Consulting or Software Delivery desirable.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own consultant scheduling and resource allocation across customer projects.
• Match project requirements with consultant skills, availability and priorities.
• Maintain consultant skills matrix, certifications and industry experience.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and contractor engagement.
• Produce utilisation, capacity and forecasting reports.
• Collaborate with Practice leads, Resource and Project managers, HR & Sales to optimise deployment.
