Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIS, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years IT consulting, ERP systems, or business process roles (internships or academic projects also considered).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills.
• Business acumen: Understanding core business processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint and Word; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn core business processes and map them to Oracle/JD Edwards solutions.
• Support requirements gathering and documentation under senior guidance.
• Gain hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Create and maintain process maps, functional documentation, and user guides.
• Participate in project phases including testing and post-go-live activities.
• Assist in training material development and user adoption efforts.
• Stay current with Oracle technologies and ERP/consulting practices.
