Job summary

Crown is seeking a qualified Project Accountant to join the finance team on a temporary contract based in Roundwood, Co. Wicklow. The role focuses on projects, systems, and financial controls, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

You will work on finance transformation initiatives, drive system improvements, and help strengthen governance and controls within a growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3–5 years post-qualification experience in finance, ideally in group finance, financial control or transformation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and finance systems.
• Experience implementing finance systems and process improvements, with solid controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve Finance processes to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Support implementation and optimization of Finance systems and processes.
• Develop and implement Finance policies, procedures and SOPs.
