Job summary

Barden | B Corp, Wicklow, Ireland, is seeking a qualified Project Accountant on a six month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on systems, process improvement and financial controls within the finance team.

Working closely with the CFO, you will drive key initiatives across the group, delivering improvements to processes, policies and governance while engaging with stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3–6 years PQE in finance
• Experience in finance systems implementation, process improvement or finance transformation
• Strong Excel and ERP familiarity; VAT/indirect tax exposure

Responsibilities

• Review and improve finance processes to increase efficiency and controls
• Support implementation and optimisation of finance systems, including testing and user support
• Develop and implement finance policies, SOPs and governance frameworks
• Support VAT, indirect tax and other compliance projects
• Collaborate with non-finance stakeholders to drive change
