Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to translate product strategy into compelling consumer messaging across descriptions, packaging and campaigns. Qualifications

• Strong experience in product marketing, within beauty, cosmetics or skincare.
• Demonstrated experience bringing new products from development through to market with clear examples of product positioning, consumer propositions, messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product information into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
• Experience developing messaging hierarchies and writing or refining product-led copy across packaging, product descriptions, marketing briefs and campaign communications.
• An understanding of translating consumer, community and market insight into differentiated product propositions and compelling storytelling.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of how product decisions impact the wider portfolio and customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging hierarchy for each product and launch, defining the primary proposition, USPs, supporting benefits, reasons to believe, proof points and claims.
• Lead copywriting development for all product positioning and product communications using brand guidelines and AI tools.
• Build processes that improve the quality and speed of product marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Product Development to define claims strategy and testing requirements.
• Lead community testing and insight groups to inform proposition, naming and packaging.
• Translate product strategy into integrated campaign storytelling and retail presentations.
