Qualifications

• 5+ years of packaging design experience within beauty, skincare or consumer goods.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, creative concepts and rendering capabilities.
• Advanced skills in rendering and visualization tools (e.g., 3D mockups, photorealistic renders or AI visualization).
• Experience with campaigns such as gift boxes, bundles or limited editions.
• Broad design experience across brand, product and visual design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end packaging concepts and design, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Lead development of creative packaging concepts across skincare and cosmetics, including seasonal campaigns.
• Produce high-quality packaging renders to support reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage packaging workflows, timelines and assets across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand and Marketing teams from idea to execution.
• Translate brand strategy into technically accurate packaging design across touchpoints.
• Build renders and mockups for approvals by Marketing and Product teams.
• Liaise with Brand, Regulatory and internal stakeholders on approvals processes.
