Ergo IT Recruitment Services is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to act as the architectural North Star for a select group of enterprise clients. You will work with an Account Director to transform businesses through technology, delivering multi-year roadmaps and high-level designs for cloud, security, and digital initiatives.

You will own Statements of Work and technical proposals, collaborating with Presales SMEs to shape non-core offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
• Proven expertise across Public/Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Cybersecurity frameworks, and Managed Service operations.
• Strategic mindset with ability to enable business outcomes.
• Exceptional presentation skills and C-level gravitas.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Trusted Advisor for a small portfolio of high-value Focus Accounts.
• Develop multi-year Technology Roadmaps aligning Managed Services with Professional Services.
• Support the Account Director in quarterly business reviews to present opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Assist in design and delivery of customer briefing sessions.
• Lead discovery and design for complex, multi-vendor solutions spanning Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, EUC and Digital techs.
• Bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring commercial viability and operability.
• Own creation of high-quality SoW, HLD, and technical proposals for core service offerings.
• Collaborate with Presales SMEs to create SoW, HLD, and proposals for non-core services.
• Identify white-space opportunities and drive additional lines of business within accounts.
• Build robust Business Cases and ROI models with the Account Director.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with Sales specialists and Presales SMEs.
• Size, scope and price Managed Services proposals within existing customer base.
• Provide guidance and peer reviews for junior staff.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and feedback to Product/Service teams.
