Job summary

Medserv in Athlone seeks an interim Supervisor to support our Remote Practice Management Services for a six-month secondment. You will manage clinics, coordinate patient needs, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will lead a small team, onboard new members, deliver training, and ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining a high standard of customer, patient, and colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising teams and managing people.
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate team members.
• Strong IT skills to generate reports, especially in Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple clinics in an off-site capacity for several consultants, including clinic scheduling and client liaison.
• Coordinate patient requirements to deliver a high quality, personalised service.
• Manage daily client communication via phone/email and attend meetings with RPM Operations manager or team as needed.
• Identify prospective clients and future growth areas with the Business Development team.
• Onboard and train new team members and provide continual learning and development.
• Conduct and document regular audits on team work and provide feedback.
• Host and attend weekly team, operation, and BD meetings.
• Handle HR duties and responsibilities as required; manage grievances professionally.
