Job summary

Amwell’s SilverCloud Health department seeks a Clinical Supervisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract, working one day per week (Tuesdays) for 8 hours. The role focuses on implementing digital mental health solutions, governance, and supervision within a collaborative, patient-centric care model.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s/Doctorate in a mental health field, CORU/HCPC registration, and 3–5 years PQE with experience in remote care and risk management.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification and/or advanced degree in mental health.
• Experience in clinical practice management and remote care delivery.
• Strong knowledge of risk management in clinical domains.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical governance procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to sustain high service standards.
• Define and monitor risk management and adverse events.
• Supervise Behavioural Health Coaches and manage workloads.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and reporting.
