Job summary

Vhi Health & Wellbeing DAC seeks a temporary (1 year), part-time Service Manager for the MSK CoRE Support Team based at the 360 Health Centre in Carrickmines, Dublin. You will provide national leadership for MSK pathway pilots, ensuring alignment with strategy, performance, and a high-quality patient experience across all MSK services.

You will oversee the MSK CoRE Support Team and Physio Network, work with clinical leaders to improve pathways, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and support workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ senior level experience in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of MSK services and service design.
• Experience in risk management and reporting to Executive/Board.
• Alignment with Vhi values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MSK Integrated Pathway pilots and KPIs within MSK strategy.
• Oversee national MSK CoRE Support Team and Physio Network delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational leaders to improve MSK services.
• Establish and report KPIs, service standards and outcomes across MSK services.
• Manage financial and operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety and Risk requirements and external standards.
• Manage third-party relationships and contract oversight.
• Coordinate targeted outreach for the Integrated MSK Care Pathway.
• Support risk management and adherence to the Risk Framework.
• Maintain appointment scheduling accountability and KPI achievement.
