You will introduce leadership, personal development, and growth programs to prospective clients, building relationships through consultative conversations. You will work with established marketing strategies and training, enabling you to manage your own business activities, schedule, and outcomes

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in business development, consulting, sales, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust and conduct meaningful conversations.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-directed mindset with the discipline to manage activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present leadership, learning, and personal development programs to prospective clients.
• Engage with prospective clients through networking and consultative conversations.
• Understand client goals and identify relevant program opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with consistent communication and follow-up.
• Manage your own business development activities and schedule to meet performance objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship within an international network.
