Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in Ireland for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and business applications, manage access, assets and system records, and contribute to cybersecurity and process improvements.

This international, collaborative environment involves coordinating with external IT providers and supporting an Australian business remotely. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or systems support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, login and access issues.
• Experience managing user accounts and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support across Microsoft 365 and core systems.
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate to specialist support as needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Coordinate with external IT providers for resolutions.
• Maintain IT asset registers and system documentation.
• Document requests, changes, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Assist with system updates, workflows and new software deployments.
• Test changes to identify issues before affecting users.
