Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot application errors in test environments with developers and vendors.
• Monitor banking applications and IT systems; optimize monitoring and pursue automation.
• Configure and administer banking applications including workflows and user roles.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and contribute to major incident management.
• Process user access requests and maintain permissions per security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, changes, and incident resolutions; maintain knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across application operations and IT service delivery.
