Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a Portfolio Accounting Supervisor to execute reconciliations under supervision, delivering timely operational outputs for cash, trade and portfolio reconciliations. You will mentor portfolio accountants and help develop the team while upholding AML/KYC training and internal controls.

With 3+ years in hedge fund administration, you will work within a hybrid, global environment that values leadership, efficiency, and precision, supported by comprehensive health and well-being

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in hedge fund administration.
IT literate with ability to use financial software and tools.
Strong English verbal and written communication.
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

Review cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks.
Ensure compliance with defined checklists and controls.
Support and mentor Portfolio Accountants; contribute to team goals.
Meet pre-agreed internal and external deadlines.
