Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced HR/RTI program lead to establish and evolve RTI standards for the EU Pay Directive. You will work with HR, finance and external partners to ensure compliance, data integrity and KPI tracking across countries.

You will manage data collection, analysis and reporting, influence stakeholders, and coordinate system entries with the HR Technologies team. Prior experience with pay data and cross-country implementations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Stryker pay data and pay elements.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and influencing others without authority.
• Experience with data collection and analysis in high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, administers and evolves RTI standards and procedures.
• Ensures policy alignment with country requirements and legislation changes.
• Leads RTI intake and coordinates RTI through ServiceNow with HR Technologies.
• Maintains RTI data collection, accuracy and KPI metrics.
• Serves as first contact for escalations regarding RTI-related issues.
• Collaborates with HR Operations leadership for timely program updates and related projects.
• Maintains relationships across HR to translate deliverables into strategy.
