Job summary

Stryker is seeking a data-driven HR professional to establish and evolve RTI standards for the EU Pay Directive. You will lead country implementations, coordinate with HR Technologies and the Service Now team, and ensure accurate pay data for local entities.

You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations of RTI issues, and align activities with the Total Rewards philosophy while supporting COE transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of work experience required.
• 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, administers and evolves RTI standards and procedures.
• Leads RTI intake process and coordinates with HR Technologies Team for documentation and testing.
• Prepares pay data with local teams and ensures accuracy of collected data.
• Escalation point for RTI-related technical issues.
• Owns and evolves service metrics including KPIs and annual reporting.
• Maintains relationships with HR to translate deliverables to strategy.
