Job summary

Ashby seeks a GTM Systems Analyst to own daily maintenance and configuration of its CRM and data layer powering Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll triage issues, implement tooling, and translate business needs into scalable configurations.

Embedded in Revenue Operations, you’ll build a reliable data foundation, govern data quality, and evaluate new GTM tools to support Ashby’s growth across products and segments.

Qualifications

• Advanced CRM administration proficiency; Salesforce/HubSpot certs preferred.
• Experience linking marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong).
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose data discrepancies and present clear findings.
• Proactive troubleshooter who engages without full spec.
• Clear written communication in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: manage health, permissions, objects, and workflow automation across the CRM stack.
• Integration Support: ensure reliable data flows between GTM tools and platforms.
• Data Governance: enforce data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy for trustworthy insights.
• Stakeholder Support: partner with GTM teams; gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Tooling Evaluation: assess new GTM tech and AI tools for integration and maintenance.
