Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of growing customer accounts and delivering commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Grow and Develop Strategic Customer Accounts across the UK & Ireland.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, risks, and opportunities to unlock new business potential.
• Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead customer meetings, innovation sessions, product trials, and business reviews.
