Jobgether is seeking an experienced Group Finance Controller for a fully remote role based in Ireland. You will oversee group accounting, consolidation, and internal controls across multiple entities and currencies, reporting to the CFO.

Lead and develop the accounting team, modernize systems, and drive automation with AI to scale financial operations. You will collaborate with FP&A and senior leadership to provide accurate reporting for strategic decisions and investor confidence, while

• Significant experience in group finance controllership or senior accounting roles, preferably in high-growth tech.
• Strong IFRS, consolidation, and multi-entity reporting expertise.
• Proven track record building/scaling accounting operations and leading teams.

Mansioni

• Own group accounting operations across entities and currencies.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and improve processes.
• Manage month-end and year-end close and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee AR/AP, banking, and tax compliance with internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive group consolidation and intercompany eliminations across currencies.
• Implement IFRS policies and robust internal controls.
• Lead statutory audits and coordinate reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A on monthly管理 accounts and investor reporting.
