Hilo by Aktiia, a remote-first med-tech scale-up, is seeking a Financial Controller to own the integrity of financial records and build the accounting backbone for international growth. You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual closes across multiple entities, supervise a small accounting team, and partner with FP&A to deliver accurate reporting while driving automation and AI-enabled controls.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, audit (Big 4) or financial controlling.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Hands-on experience with month- and year-end closings in an international setup.

Mansioni

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual closing across the Group.
• Coordinate across multiple legal entities and currencies with timely reporting.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting and balance sheet activity, including intercompany work.
• Support VAT, tax, compliance and audits with external advisors.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows in Finance for efficiency.
