Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Finance & Accounting Expert in Ireland on behalf of a partner company. This remote, contractor role involves designing multi-step FP&A tasks, financial reporting, audits, and reconciliations with clear instructions and objective rubrics for reliable scoring.

You will develop realistic scenarios, assemble supporting materials, and ensure tasks are clear and gradable, drawing on hands-on experience. Expected commitment is about 15 hours/week for an initial 12-month term.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations experience.
• Strong ability to produce clear, objective evaluation criteria.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyze data across documents.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step finance tasks based on real workflows (FP&A, reporting, audits, reconciliations).
• Create clear task instructions and grading rubrics for consistent evaluation.
• Develop challenging scenarios requiring professional judgement and interpretation of sources.
• Prepare relevant supporting materials (spreadsheets, ledgers, statements, policies).
• Review tasks for clarity, accuracy and gradability; deliver on schedule.
