Jobgether seeks a Finance Automation Solution Designer to lead a global transformation in Ireland. The role focuses on automating Record-to-Report processes, defining the future operating model, and ensuring designs meet controls and audit requirements.

Remote contract opportunity with international exposure and cross-system integrations. The candidate will own the solution design, run workshops, and collaborate with engineering teams from build through go-live, leveraging Redwood and SAP

Formación

• Proven ownership of solution design for a Redwood Finance Automation project.
• Experience leading design workshops and documenting the solution.
• 8+ years in finance transformation or Record-to-Report.
• Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO or equivalent Oracle systems.
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution design and guide implementation with control objectives.
• Assess current R2R processes and define the future state operating model.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs for engineering teams.
• Design integrations between Redwood and SAP S/4HANA/ECC, and other sources.
• Define balance sheet auto-certification, approvals, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with engineers, review delivered solutions against design.
• Develop test strategies and acceptance criteria with finance users.
• Support testing, go-live activities, and resolve design challenges.
• Define roadmap for subsequent finance automation phases.
