Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist for an Ireland-based, fully remote role. You will manage setup and transition of customers onto a global payroll platform, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

You will work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and automate processes, while maintaining documentation and quality standards in a distributed, asynchronous work culture.

Qualifications

• Several years of global payroll implementation experience and knowledge of statutory tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with local payroll software and end-to-end global payroll/human resources processes.
• Strong data management, accuracy, and handling of sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for payroll customers and transition requirements into payroll products and services.
• Analyze customer payroll needs and provide recommendations based on processes and regulatory considerations.
• Manage new customer implementations end-to-end, collecting data and configuring systems.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Oversee go-live activities and hand over to Payroll Operations with complete data.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to support satisfaction and retention.
• Provide customer and employee training on payroll processes and country-specific requirements.
• Protect confidentiality of information throughout implementation and ongoing work.
• Contribute to process documentation and platform improvements including UAT testing.
