Job summary

HR Path Group, a global HR consulting leader, is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to move into software implementation. You will own end-to-end payroll implementations on the PeopleXD platform, leading client engagements from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

We welcome 1–3 years of payroll experience, knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll legislation, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience in-house or implementation roles.
• Knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll legislation (PAYE, statutory payments).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and accuracy focus.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain payroll concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll implementations on the PeopleXD platform from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure payroll modules and translate business rules into system settings.
• Support data migration and reporting to improve client efficiency.
• Provide training to HR and Payroll teams and assist with post-go-live support.
