Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Global Implementation team. You will work with customers across segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products, with a focus on the German market. Fluent German and English are essential for this opening.

You will become a Rippling expert, partner 1x1 with clients, drive timelines and adoption, and help document implementation processes to ensure a stellar end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and German; written and verbal communication skills.
• German Payroll or accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HR, Payroll or Accounting software.
• Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert and be the go-to resource for customers.
• Partner with clients to launch global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations.
• Drive timelines and adoption by aligning client use cases with Rippling best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to document implementation processes.
• Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
• Understand customer use cases and work with internal teams to improve products and processes.
