Jobgether is partnering with a multinational client to hire a (Senior) FP&A Manager based in Ireland. You will act as a strategic finance business partner, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while transforming complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

In this role, you will collaborate with commercial, operational, and finance teams to strengthen financial reporting, optimize planning processes, and ensure alignment between local German reporting

Formación

• Approximately 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or related function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting experience.
• Good understanding of relationships between balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/FP&A tools listed above.
• MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience preparing board materials or group reporting deliverables is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, operational, and group finance teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages.
• Ensure alignment between local reporting requirements and group expectations in a multinational context.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, data quality, and reporting automation.
• Collaborate with external auditors and system implementers to ensure accuracy.
