Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a dynamic operations professional to provide real-time support across electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications.

You will resolve complex inquiries, support deployment testing, and collaborate with product and development teams to launch updates for CDE and Deribit. The role requires strong analytical communication, multi-channel support experience, and familiarity with trading protocols, SQL, Salesforce/JIRA, and prediction markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
• Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options with hands-on error trade analysis.
• Ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology.
• Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and conduct deployment testing in pre-production environments.
• Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE.
• Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth.
