Coinbase is seeking a Risk & Monitoring Analyst IV within the ORC team to own QA reviews of TMS investigations supporting AML/CFT efforts. You will ensure consistency, surface gaps, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and Learning & Development to translate insights into improvements.

You will lead calibration sessions, review complex cases, and deliver timely responses to findings. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and global stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, audit, or financial crime investigations within a regulated financial services environment.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and requirements with risk-based judgment.
• ACAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification.
• Proven experience producing compliance metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting for stakeholders (Sheets/Slides/Excel/Slides).
• Track record of presenting QA findings and procedural recommendations to senior leaders across regions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality.

Responsabilités

• Review TMS cases against QA rubrics and regulatory filings.
• Lead calibration sessions and provide analyst support for consistency.
• Analyze root causes and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Partner with second line stakeholders and respond to audit findings.
• Create weekly metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Train new joiners and provide feedback to boost analyst readiness.
