Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience working at an exchange, FCM, broker-dealer, or trading firm.
• Preferred: Familiarity with market structure and trading behavior.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time trading activity to identify disorderly trading, system issues, or market anomalies.
• Escalate potential incidents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Support coordination of responses to trading disruptions, system malfunctions, or participant errors.
• Assist in the review and documentation of events that may require trade adjustments or cancellations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, alerts, and actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams during live events.
• Follow established procedures to ensure actions are consistent, fair, and transparent.
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes, tools, and runbooks.
• Participate in shift coverage to ensure continuous oversight of exchange activity.

The Opportunity

We are hiring Control Center Analysts to support real-time monitoring and operational oversight of JuiceX’s Exchange. This team will be responsible for observing live trading activity, identifying potential market or system anomalies, and ensuring timely escalation and response to maintain fair and orderly markets. This role is critical to meeting regulatory expectations for real-time market monitoring and operational control. Analysts will work closely with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support incident response, enforce exchange rules, and maintain market integrity.

Professional Experience

• Experience in exchange operations, trading support, market surveillance, or real-time monitoring environments is preferred
• Experience working in time-sensitive roles requiring rapid decision-making and escalation
• Familiarity with trading systems, order flow, or financial market operations is preferred
• Experience documenting incidents, issues, or operational events in a structured and auditable manner
• Strong communicator able to coordinate across operations, compliance, and engineering teams
