Job summary

Coinbase seeks an experienced Risk & Monitoring Analyst IV to own QA of TMS investigations supporting AML/CFT. You will improve case consistency, surface gaps, and partner across Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and Learning to turn insights into improvements.

You will lead calibration sessions, analyze root causes, present metrics, and train new joiners to raise quality and efficiency across the ORC team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA, QC, audit or financial crime investigations in regulated finance.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and risk-based review approach.
• ACAMS certification or AML qualification held.

Responsibilities

• Review TMS cases against QA rubrics and regulatory filings.
• Lead calibration sessions and analyst support to ensure consistency.
• Perform root cause analyses and translate findings into improvements.
• Collaborate with second line and deliver timely responses to findings.
• Create weekly metrics and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Train new joiners and provide feedback to accelerate readiness.
