Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an operational support professional to manage securities and derivatives workflows across multiple lines of business. You will handle trade processing, settlement, accounting, and reconciliation while maintaining data integrity and compliance with regulations.

In this Dublin-based role, you will monitor client activity, support trade lifecycle events, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations of securities, loans, or derivatives is preferred.
• Strong data quality and accuracy in processing trades and client data.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a multi-market environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup and maintenance of core data across client, account, instrument, and agreement data.
• Ensures transactions are completed accurately and timely.
• Provides operational support for trade lifecycle activities including processing, settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management.
• Monitors client trading activity across markets, servicing clients' needs.
• Completes clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation and governance of trade breaks.
• Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment.
• Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner.
