Job summary

A consultancy firm is looking for an Associate Facilitator based in Ireland. This role involves delivering pre-designed development programmes for various employee groups and leaders. The ideal candidate should have experience in management and leadership training, coaching, and understanding the cultural aspects of business. This home-based position requires regular travel within Ireland and is expected to engage for 2-5 days per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering management and leadership programmes for various levels.
• Understanding of culture's impact on business performance.
• Ability to run team development sessions and coach individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed development programmes to employees and managers.
• Evaluate the initial impact of the delivered programmes.
• Report to the Head of Content for each assignment.

Skills

Experience in delivering Management and Leadership development programmes

Experience in delivering EDI training

Knowledge in business skills programmes

First-hand experience in people management

Experience in coaching individuals and teams

Experience in running team development sessions

Experience with diagnostic tools/360/business assessments

Skills in evaluation of programmes

Qualification in Training/Learning and Development
