Job summary

Holafly is seeking a Regional Manager of Network Operations for Europe to safeguard service continuity across the region. You will lead end-to-end incident restoration for global connectivity, coordinating L1/L2 teams, MNOs, IMSI providers, and core-network vendors until resolution.

You will mentor a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers, owning live roaming and core-network services, and driving RCA and permanent improvements. Strong leadership and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Mobile Telecommunications with core network focus.
• Strong exposure to International Roaming, IMSI/SIM technologies and IPX/GRX.
• Proven incident management experience and technical troubleshooting.
• Leadership of a Network Operations/Incident Management team of 5–10 engineers.
• Solid understanding of LTE/5G roaming architectures and related protocols.
• Ability to analyse signaling traces, PCAPs, logs and network KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident lifecycle for Holafly’s global connectivity services.
• Act as Incident Commander for major network incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers.
• Maintain technical ownership of live roaming and core-network services.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for incidents.
• Own network performance metrics and ensure follow-the-sun handovers.
