Job summary

Holafly seeks a Network Architecture Manager to lead the evolution and resilience of our core telecom network. You will own the topology and performance, collaborate with our core provider to map the footprint, identify bottlenecks, and enforce standards for availability.

In this role, you will drive capacity modeling and design geo-redundant, low-latency routing across international nodes, ensuring robust end-to-end service for travelers and businesses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of mobile network architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of 3GPP LTE/5G core architectures (MME, HSS, UPF, SMF).
• Experience with MVNE platforms and core providers.
• Strong IP networking and routing expertise (BGP, MPLS).
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, capacity engineering, and resilience for Holafly's core network.
• Map current core topology and identify capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with core network provider on roadmaps and SLA/SLOs.
• Design geo-redundant, high-availability architectures.
• Optimize QoS profiles and routing for roaming.
• Drive governance with vendors and interconnects.
