PFH Technology is seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Operations Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale ISP, carrier, and enterprise network environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and service reliability across critical network infrastructure
.This role is ideal for a highly skilled network professional with strong experience across multi-vendor networking platforms, carrier technologies, Linux systems, Kubernetes, network automation, and operational support within complex service provider environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support across large-scale ISP, carrier, and enterprise network environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing and switching issues across multi-vendor platforms including Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, Juniper Junos, and Ciena SAO
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, QinQ, LACP, STP, LLDP, and Ethernet transport service
- Support and troubleshoot Layer 3 technologies including OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, and IP service
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-impacting incidents, service degradations, and major outages within agreed service level
- Perform network analysis and fault investigation using packet captures, SNMP monitoring, syslogs, telemetry, and network diagnostic tool
- Execute planned network changes, upgrades, maintenance activities, and infrastructure deployments through formal change management processe
- Collaborate with Core, Access, Optical, Enterprise, and Vendor teams to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issue
- Support broadband infrastructure platforms including Broadband Network Gateways (BNG), AAA services, and subscriber management environment
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and network management platform
- Support and maintain Kubernetes (K8s) environments, including troubleshooting pods, containers, services, and cluster-related issue
- Monitor network health, performance, capacity, and availability using operational monitoring platforms and management tool
- Administer and support network monitoring platforms such as Cacti, Oxidized, and other operational toolin
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following major incidents and produce detailed incident and problem report
- Liaise with vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Ciena, and third-party suppliers during escalations, fault investigations, and service restoration activitie

- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, Juniper Junos, and multi-vendor network infrastructu
- Experience supporting carrier Ethernet technologies including VLAN, QinQ, LACP, STP, LLDP, and Ethernet transport servic
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP, and IP networking concep
- Experience troubleshooting complex routing, switching, and service provider network issu
