DoiT seeks an Engineering Manager - Analytics House to lead a high-impact analytics-focused software team. You will code and review, shape architecture, and drive delivery with a hands-on, player-coach approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in management where you coded.
• Hands-on in building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• API-first mindset; APIs for both humans and agents.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery background and data-driven decisions.
• Track record transforming teams’ delivery, quality, or velocity.
• Current, senior-level capability in reading, writing, and reviewing code.
• Clear philosophy on hiring, coaching, performance, and tech decisions.
• Excellent judgment and direct, candid communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and professional growth.
• Drive architectural decisions with senior ICs and keep standards high.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership to push the team's craft.
• Own roadmap scope, sequencing, and delivery while adapting to change.
• Hire, coach, and elevate engineers to higher leadership levels.
• Foster clear, concise communication across product, design, and GTM.
