Version 1 in Ireland is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead technology project delivery and nurture client relationships. You will guide high-performing teams and translate business needs into clear technical outcomes.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, governance, risk management, and strong communication with stakeholders. A flexible/remote work setup and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven technical project management experience across technologies.
• Experience delivering Software Development projects.
• Experience leading and developing teams with strong cohesion.
• Experience managing or supporting a small Service Delivery team.
• Experience in Agile environments and delivering Agile projects.
• PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Exposure to SDLC and non-SDLC projects and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and mature relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery teams are collaborative, engaged, and focused on outcomes.
• Deliver projects that exceed expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage project delivery to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering groups, and governance forums.
• Support a small Service Delivery team and promote continuous improvement.
• Produce project documentation, RAID logs, and governance materials.
