Job summary

GCS, in partnership with an innovative technology company, seeks a Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS platform.

This role suits someone who coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, drives release management, resolves delivery challenges, and ensures high-quality software reaches customers reliably. Dublin-based, hybrid 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring environments and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases across Development, QA, Staging, and Production.
• Drive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Lead release readiness, bug triage, and stakeholder updates.
• Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Support successful customer deployments and operational excellence initiatives.
