Job summary

Agilent Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking an University Coordinator for Customer Training to oversee the end-to-end planning, delivery, and follow-up of classroom, onsite, and virtual trainings. The role acts as the central interface between customers, trainers, Program Managers, Sales, Scheduling, and Customer Care to ensure a smooth training experience.

The ideal candidate will manage data in LMS and CRM systems, prepare training materials and certificates, and monitor registrations

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trainings or service-related administration.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; other European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with end-to-end training processes from inquiry to billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate classroom, onsite, virtual, and customer-specific trainings.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, or internal forwarding.
• Plan dates, trainers, rooms, materials, and access details.
• Maintain data in LMS, CRM service orders, and OSBR.
• Prepare confirmations, materials, certificates, and feedback links.
• Monitor registrations and course utilization to completion.
• Support billing and service order closures; follow up on docs.
