Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for its on-site team in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland. This independent contractor role is paid at €25 per hour and runs for an initial 12-month term via LTD/umbrella arrangements.

You will coordinate engineer visits, manage vendor relations, and act as the customer point of contact for scheduling and operations, ensuring timely service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires third-level qualification; science background a plus.
• Demonstrated strong administrative experience.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with scheduling tools SAP or Smart Sheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
• Serve as primary contact for onsite services and vendors.
• Act as customer POC for scheduling queries.
• Handle high volume emails and attend operational calls.
• Track assets and inventories; ensure data accuracy.
