Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems and CRM operations on a remote basis. The role involves auditing data, reconciling CRM and related platforms, and documenting system changes to improve governance and billing workflows.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across CRM, CPQ, and integration tools, while leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and related SaaS platforms to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
