Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Security Manager based in Ireland to lead a mature security function across international operations. You will oversee investigations, fraud prevention, background screening, and physical security, managing a team of specialists and driving risk-based improvements.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Cyber Defense, and operations leaders to strengthen controls and resilience, contributing to crisis preparedness and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake through closure.
• Experience in fraud prevention and insider-risk scenarios with ability to escalate when needed.
• Ability to establish proportional case-management with evidence-handling standards and independent review.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model and strategic priorities for the Corporate Security function.
• Lead internal investigations, evidence collection, and case closure with quality documentation.
• Oversee background screening and coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal.
