Job summary

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Claims Handler in Dublin to deliver a high‑quality claims service from first notification through to settlement. You will manage a portfolio of claims, assess information, explain policy cover and progress claims to a fair and timely resolution.

You will communicate with customers, insurer representatives and other stakeholders with empathy and professionalism while meeting service standards. The role supports professional development and progression.

Qualifications

• APA qualification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong understanding of claims handling and insurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Confident in making sound, informed decisions.

• Knowledge of CPC and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
