Timus Consulting Services in Ireland / UK (Remote) is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth in staffing and recruitment across IT and non-IT sectors. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and contribute to sales strategy while working remotely.

The role requires a proven sales record, ability to build a strong pipeline, and experience with international markets.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in business development within staffing/recruitment.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Experience with international markets (US, Middle East, APAC).
• Exposure to IT and/or Non-IT hiring mandates.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Mansioni

• Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Drive end-to-end business development for staffing services (IT, Non-IT, Contract, Permanent, RPO, etc.)
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across domestic and/or international markets
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements
• Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
