Job summary

You will drive performance, quality, and engagement, collaborate with leadership, and implement continuous improvements to enhance first-contact resolution and overall service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, contact center or operations.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services, retirement, annuity, insurance, or wealth management preferred.
• Licensing may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Professionals to meet objectives.
• Direct daily service operations to achieve service levels, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor workload volumes and allocate resources to maintain effectiveness.
• Escalation point for complex customer or financial professional inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change efforts.
