PGIM Ireland seeks a Senior Customer Excellence Specialist to serve Premier clients, resolving inquiries from billing to disability claims. This fully virtual role may require occasional on-site presence at the Letterkenny office depending on business needs.

You will act as the primary contact for client inquiries, collaborate with brokers and producers, and contribute to process improvements while delivering exceptional service. This role supports multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations within Group Insurance.
• Strong understanding of Group Insurance products including Life, Voluntary Benefits and Disability.
• Ability to resolve queries from brokers, clients and distribution partners with minimal guidance.
• Excellent time management, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the designated contact for assigned clients, resolving service inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Conduct on-camera calls with clients and brokers, maintaining a professional presence and clear communication.
• Apply a consultative, customer-focused approach to address service needs and deliver a positive experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with client representatives, producers and brokers.
• Follow established processes to deliver high-quality service and identify gaps for improvement.
• Contribute observations to root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
