Job summary

Camunda is building a scalable, AI-driven CI/CD infrastructure platform that serves 150+ engineers across 20+ teams. You will lead a four-person remote infrastructure team, guiding the evolution toward a zero-toil platform while prioritising reliable, high-velocity delivery.

You will mentor engineers, translate roadmaps into practical plans, and advocate for tooling that reduces toil and accelerates value. The role requires senior hands-on depth and strong collaboration in a distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level technical depth with hands-on experience
• Proven track record leading remote async teams
• Experience with cloud & CI/CD infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Deliver and improve the infrastructure platform
• Lead AI-driven reduction of manual work and achieve zero-touch scalability
• Define and execute CI/CD/artifact distribution strategy at scale
• Mentor and grow a high-leverage platform team in a remote, async environment
